Do you love snacks, naps and snuggling under a blanket? Great! We're the perfect match!
Hi there! Welcome to Bark and Biscuits, a blog devoted to the modern dog. This website is inspired by my (insert every extraordinary quality) dachshund, Rocket. My goal for this blog is to provide quality content as well as make you laugh.
Some of the articles on this website are written from Rocket’s perspective like this one to provide a fun experience. Other articles are from the human perspective. You will find informative dog care, trendy products and tutorials. I encourage you to send me a note if you have a topic you would like to see featured on this website. You can send an email to Elizabeth at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After receiving questions about how I started Bark and Biscuits, I have decided to include a section on How to Blog. Blogging has given me so many wonderful opportunities but it has been hard, hard work. Whether you wish to start a pet blog or write about how to make delicious pizza, I hope to make it a little easier by sharing what I have learned along the way. You can check out the first post of the series here: How to Start a Blog – The Step-By-Step Ultimate Guide.
Elizabeth danced as a professional ballerina for 15 years. Rocket frequently visited her at the theater while she was dancing. She has performed all over the world and continues to teach and choreograph. Expanding on her creative side, she started this blog as a way to share her passion for dogs with others. Elizabeth resides in beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah with her wonderful husband, Chris and of course Rocket.
There aren't enough words in the dictionary to describe how great this little dog is. He is my best bud and every day spent with Rocket brings happiness into my life. He is 9 years young but this senior wiener doesn't let his age stop him from anything. When he is not napping at home, he is hiking to the top of a mountain with me and my husband. If that isn't impressive enough, just take a closer look at the above image and check out how long his front legs are. Rocket has been on an airplane more than 40 times (in the main cabin, of course) and even crashed a live performance of the opera. That's a story for another day. He has so much love to give and truly makes this world a better place.
Thank you for following along! Be sure to subscribe to my newsletter and stalk us on social media. The best account is of course Rockets. You can find him HERE! Please feel free to get in touch and introduce yourself. I love meeting new people!
