Preheat oven to 400°. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well with a spoon, then knead with fingers.
Lightly sprinkle countertop with flour and roll out dough with a rolling pin to about 1/4″ thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Store in ziplock bags in the refrigerator.
